Today in Human Geo we took our first unit test of the starting year. I know I did bad. Not even going to lie. I’m terrible at taking tests! I always study and then POOF all the information is gone in that one second after the test is handed out to me! I am definitely not the best test taker. But some of the questions I knew!! Which gave me some more confidence throughout the test taking process. I think I did pretty well on the essays. Although mine were not the longest it did get to the point and just discuss what the question was about. But I definitely didn’t get the extra credit either!!! But when I didn’t know something I always put I forgot or something random because it’s the first thing that came to my mind in those few seconds I looked at the questions. These reasons are called push and pull factors. Push factors are ways people may leave a country and go to another. Today in human geography it twas the most perfect temperature! I wasn’t too hot and I wasn’t too cold. I was just right. It was kind of like the three little bears. When I walked in My teacher Mr. Schick told me about a snow storm named Grayson. Different spelling but the same name as mine! And the storm is JUST LIKE ME! Just going around… ruining people’s lives. Yep sounds like me! But today in class after having a whole day to work on this “worlds leaders” project we got to notes on the extended information our teacher Mr. Schick found on his own. As we took some notes some of the leaders of these countries we learned about had very interesting background stories. Like the president of India was in one of the lowest groups in india. And another that was probably the weirdest was the france president who married his high school teacher!!! LIKE EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

As I walked into human geo I was extremely surprised that I wasn’t freezing. The other day I walked in and my soul was numb. But today was different. As I walked in I wasn’t even the slightest bit cold like I felt yesterday. But I was very pleased with the temperature that was in the school today! Today in human geo we were given a project that would be turned in on Friday. For the project, we have to research all of the countries given. In the beginning of the class it sounded like he wanted us to only do one or two countries! No! we had to do 15. And with these 15 countries we had to find the head of government, the name of country, the government type, and picture of a map! But it took me forever and I really hope we have a snow day tomorrow because I want to sleeeeeeeep!
