Coming into human geo was probably the worst. As I step into
the 58 degree room I start to shiver! Its so cold I my body becomes numb and I cant
feel. At this point im nothing! Today we learned about and took notes on
political geography. The world is organized in three categories. These three categorize
are nations, states and countries. I learned that a nation is a group of people
larger than a single tribe or community which may share a common language,
institution, religion and historical experience. We also learned about states.
Its has territory, people who live an ongoing basis, economic activity, social
engineering, government, sovereignty,
and externa recognition. For sovereignty I used the example of the three men
from ucla who stole the loui vuton sunglasses.
Today in human geo we talked all class about this extra credit thing that could give us 5 to 15 points if we complete this with a 100 percent. But Mr. Schick, my teacher introduced us to this website called Kiva. On this site, it’s kind of like a go fund me page but it helps people in need.
